Johnson/Matrix Smith Machine Bearing direct replacement for the Olympic Bar Vertical Carriers. We recommend that all x4 Bearings are replaced at the same time for best results.

Before Fitting each Bearing ensure that the each bar is not scoured or damaged otherwise damage will occur to the New Bearings. Apply a small amount of Blue Grease to the Bearings and Bar prior to fitting
